✣ Personal Use ✣

A. Commissions are for personal use only.B. Using commissioned works for both personal and commercial purposes as NFTs or for AI training is strictly prohibited.C. I do not draw NSFW content (e.g., nudity or gore), furries, armor, elderly characters, or heavily imitate other artists' styles. (Please refer to the commission samples for more details.)D. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the sketch is approved, and I begin working on the final piece.E. If you have a deadline, please inform me at the start. A rush fee may apply depending on how close the deadline is and the complexity of the illustration.F. The prices listed in the commission samples include unlimited minor revisions. However, major revisions will incur additional fees based on complexity.G. I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for my portfolio, website, or social media. However, if you wish for the commission to remain private (i.e., not posted anywhere), a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 30% of the total price will apply.H. Please do not remove my watermark under any circumstances. If the artwork is used as a profile picture and the frame crops the watermark, that's okay, but do not intentionally crop or remove it.I. I reserve the right to decline an order if I find it too difficult or the description is unclear.J. The final artwork will be delivered via email, Google Drive link, or both.

Here's the revised version for your commercial use terms, with the private fee added:A. You will have exclusive rights to print and use the commissioned artwork for business purposes, such as branding, book/album covers, merchandise, and other commercial uses, except for NFTs and AI training.B. You may remove watermarks or signatures if the artwork is posted online or used on social media or other websites.C. You will receive the source file upon request (.csp or .psd).D. Commercial commissions are priced at 1.5x, 2x, 3x, or 4x the original amount, depending on the intended commercial use (e.g., original price $80 x 3 = $240). (Please refer to the "Commercial Use" tab in the commission sample list for more details.)E. If you wish for the commission to remain private (i.e., not posted anywhere), a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 30% of the total price will apply.F. The final artwork will be delivered via email, Google Drive link, or both.
